Who am I and what do I offer?
Hello, my name is Peter and I have devoted my life to movement. Cyclotrial, Football, Bodyweight training, Strength training, Streetworkout, Calisthenics, Yoga and the last Primal Movement - Innate movement, Returning to the roots of our original physiological movement. During my career, I have gone through countless injuries that have always opened the door for me to discover how our bio-mechanics work. The disconnection from the original functionality of movement begins in childhood, when we unknowingly put our children in strollers, helping strollers and constantly sitting in schools or putting on them narrow shoes. During this period, we begin to build strength in the opposite movement pattern, which usually manifests itself later in our lifes as a chronic pain.
Why have i decided to do movement therapy?
I was already totaly tired watching how today's world works in a cursed circle of pain, so I began to study the physiology and anatomy of the body. There are still many people who desperately prescribe painkillers, apply injections or undergo surgery just because they have not learned to properly accept the influence of natural gravitational laws on our body - our temple. In short, it is a total change in the use of the deep skeletal muscles so that we return the original geometry and function of our body to its natural state. Movement therapy looks at the body as a whole, which means that everything is interconnected. So it is a return to original functionality by reworking incorrect movement patterns (which today's culture has taught us) to our innate and most natural - leading a life without restrictions and chronic pain.
It has personally helped me with scoliosis, chronic pain in the lumbar region (discs) that radiated down my entire lower limb. Problems with my knee and hip joint pain, also the area between the shoulder blades and my elbow. I currently living an active life without any limitations from the past.
